Before you buy, you should know exactly who you are buying from, how your order is made and shipped, and what happens if something isn't right. Here is how Nora Halden works, with nothing left out.

Who we are

Nora Halden is a trade name of Hakim El Ghazouani, a sole proprietorship (Entrepreneur individuel) registered in France.

Our business model

Nora Halden is an online-only brand selling to customers in the United States. We choose every piece in the collection, write the product information, set the prices, and handle customer service and refunds ourselves.

We don't own a factory or a warehouse, and we don't hold stock. Each piece is made by our partner manufacturers in China, and when you place an order, it is made to ship directly from their fulfillment centers in China to your door. This lets us keep the collection small and the prices fair, and it means your order comes from China, not from the United States or France.

What this means for your order

  • Where it ships from: our partners' fulfillment centers in China, by tracked international parcel service.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days of processing, then 7–9 business days in transit: 8–12 business days in total.
  • Shipping cost: $6.95, free on orders of $100 or more. There are no other fees.
  • Import duties: because your order ships from China, US import duties may apply. They are paid by us: you never pay anything at delivery.
  • Sales tax: where applicable, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Tracking: every order is tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email.
  • Several items: they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link, at no extra cost.

Refunds: no need to send anything back

Sending a parcel back to China would be slow and costly for you, so we don't ask for returns. Within 30 days of delivery, eligible items are refunded without a return: no return shipping, no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded, including shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy and request a refund.

Product information and photos

  • Fabrics and fit notes come from our manufacturers' specifications. Our size guide is the reference for fit, and we confirm a size by email on request.
  • Photos: product photos are supplied by our manufacturing partners or digitally created from the actual pieces; some on-model photos are made with AI image tools. Colors and details are shown as accurately as we can, and colors can vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • If a piece arrives different from its description, it is covered by our refund policy, with no return needed.

Prices and offers

  • All prices are in US dollars and include US import duties.
  • We sell at one fair price all year: no permanent promotions and no discount codes to hunt for.
  • We don't use fake "compare at" prices, fake countdown timers or fake stock alerts.

Payment and your data

Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider: we never see or store your full card details. We share your name, shipping address and order contents with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners only to ship your order. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
