When does my order ship?
Within 1–3 business days. You then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long is delivery?
8–12 business days in total from your order date. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Can't find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number.

Several packages?
Orders with several items may ship separately, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.
Tracking not updating?
No update for 7 business days, or no delivery within 15 business days? Email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
