Standard US shipping is $6.95, and free on orders $100+.

We currently ship to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are shipped directly by our manufacturing and fulfillment partners, from fulfillment centers that may be located outside the United States. Transit is included in the 8–12 business day estimate, and every order is tracked.

No. For US orders, any applicable import duties are paid by us. You won't be asked to pay anything at delivery. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with several items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link, at no extra cost.

Email us as soon as possible at contact@norahalden.com. We can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping.

Because delivery takes 8–12 business days, we recommend ordering by December 8 for delivery before December 25. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Every product page lists garment measurements in inches and centimeters. Compare them with your own measurements, or with a similar piece you own. Our size guide explains how to measure yourself.

Each product page includes a fit note. For close-fitting sweater dresses, size up for an easier fit. For oversized sweaters, size down for a closer fit. Still unsure? Send us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.

Our knit sets are sold as one size for both pieces. If your top and bottom sizes differ, choose based on your hip measurement.

Hand wash cold or use a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, lay flat to dry and never tumble dry. Store folded rather than on a hanger. More tips in our knitwear care guide.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Start with our return request form or read the full Return & Refund Policy.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, we cover everything.

Within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.

Return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. It's the fastest way to get the right piece.

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
