Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Delivery times

Order processing: 1–3 business days.
Transit: 7–9 business days.
Total delivery time: 8–12 business days from order to delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $6.95
Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts).

The shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where your order ships from

Your order is shipped directly by our manufacturing and fulfillment partners, from fulfillment centers that may be located outside the United States. This transit time is already included in the 8–12 business day estimate above.

Orders with several items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link, at no extra cost.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan. How to track your order

Duties and taxes

Import duties: for US orders, any applicable import duties are paid by us. You will not be asked to pay additional fees at delivery.
Sales tax: where applicable, sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Holiday orders

To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 8.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email contact@norahalden.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
