Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 8–12 business days in total. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Track your order
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $6.95, and free on orders $100+. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. For US orders, any applicable import duties are handled by us. You won't be asked to pay anything at delivery.
How do I return an item?
Send us a return request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page lists garment measurements in inches and centimeters. Our size guide shows how to measure yourself, or send us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@norahalden.com. We can change or cancel an order as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping.
