Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), and the content of messages you send us.
Order information: products purchased, order amounts and payment confirmation. Card details are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring website and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns (performance of a contract).
To answer your questions and provide customer support (performance of a contract and our legitimate interest).
To send marketing emails if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
To measure and improve our website and advertising, including through analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta (consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest).
To prevent fraud and comply with our legal and tax obligations (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
Payment providers, to process payments securely.
Manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping partners, who receive your name, shipping address and order contents to deliver your order.
Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta), to measure performance and show relevant ads.
Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, checkout) and, where permitted, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States, Canada and the European Union. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as required by accounting and tax law (generally 10 years in France). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, or for 3 years after your last interaction with us. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw your consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising.
