Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on norahalden.com. Please read them before ordering. They complement our Terms of Service.

1. Seller

2. Customers and destinations

We sell to consumers in the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be placed.

3. Products

Each product page describes the main characteristics of the piece: description, fit note, available colors and sizes, care instructions and price. Our pieces are made by partner manufacturers in China and ship directly from their fulfillment centers in China. Product photos are supplied by our manufacturing partners or digitally created from the actual pieces, some with AI image tools; our size guide is the reference for fit, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include US import duties, which we pay.
Shipping costs are $6.95 per order, or free for orders of $100 or more. They are shown at checkout before payment.
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
If a product was listed at an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Ordering

You choose your items, review your cart, enter your shipping details and pay at checkout. Before paying, you see the full order summary: items, price, shipping cost, taxes and total. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or in case of suspected fraud; you then receive a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped from China by tracked international parcel service, with a transit time of 7–9 business days: 8–12 business days in total.
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, or tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us: if the package is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or a full refund.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel or change your order free of charge as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

9. Refunds

Within 30 days of delivery, eligible items are refunded without being sent back: no return shipping and no restocking fee. For a change of mind, items must be new, unworn and unwashed with their tags attached, which we confirm with a photo. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our confirmation. Full conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, without asking you to return the item. This does not limit any warranty or other rights you have under the laws of your state.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the state where you live, which continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
